LIVE TRAININGS: Live trainings (duration: 30-45 minutes) are broadcast from Martial Arts World’s headquarters once per week and are accessible at the rate of $25.00. All members of Martial Arts World Online (MAWO) under the Ultimate and Supreme Trainer packages access these trainings free with their memberships. Free access to live trainings for Premium Trainers is granted twice a month with the use of special access codes. Free access to live trainings for Shadow Trainers is granted once a month with the use of a special access code. Sharing the access codes with any unauthorized person is strictly prohibited. CANCELLATION POLICY: Recurring subscription memberships may be cancelled at any time as long as cancellation takes place before the next billing date. Recurring transactions that have already processed cannot be refunded.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return, exchange or receive a refund for damaged or defective merchandise only. There is no refund on subscriptions to Martial Arts World Online (MAWO). We only offer exchanges or refunds on defective or damaged merchandise only.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards and digital downloads are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt and or proof of purchase. Items with clear signs of use and any merchandise not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Delivery times may vary depending on where you live. We make no guarantee that we will receive any returned item. Therefore if you are returning any item(s), we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing parcel insurance.
If you receive an access code to a LIVE Training and are unable to view or access the session due to a technical issue or problem at no fault of your own, and you inform technical support at support@martialartsworldonline.com within the :10 minutes of the training and we are unable to resolve the issue, we will refund your payment. No refunds or credits will be issued if :30 minutes or more of any LIVE training is viewed/accessed.
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. All sale and discounted items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Membership subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled at any time.
